Tri Blend Toddler Tee

We are so excited to introduce our tri-blend tee! We are sure these will be your new go-to-tees for DTF or HTV customization!

Our Tri-blend Tees consist of 50% polyester 25% cotton and 25% rayon giving you the best qualities from all three fabrics! They have the softness, strength, comfort and printability of cotton, the durability, moisture wicking, and non-wrinkling of polyester, and the luxurious drape and silky soft feeling of rayon. 

With a tri-blend tee you can expect a trendy look in a wide array colors and ultimate in light weight comfort. Tri-blends typically have a bit higher price tag than your run-of-the-mill basic cotton tee, but we have done everything possible to keep our pricing better then other top brands tri-blend options.
Keep in mind, the little extra you spend on tri-blend t-shirts is well worth it in terms of wear-ability, quality and comfort, and as the adage goes - "you get what you pay for" and they are well worth it! The material is lightweight, durable, has a high absorbency, and is quick drying. Tri-blend has low wrinkling and shrinkage and is a perfect fabric for casual and sportswear. 

How's the Fit?
These tees are perfect for men or woman and have a flattering unisex cut to them. This  size chart is a bit smaller fitting than our poly tees so you may want to size up one size. 

How to measure
Measurements are the tee when laid flat. Measurements are from shoulder seam to hem and chest (arm-pit to arm-pit seam)

How can we customize these?
We ordered the Tri-blend Tees with DTF in mind as part of our expansion into non-sublimation clothing so these tees are best with DTF, HTV and Screenprints.
However, since our Triblend is 50% polyester it is also suitable for sublimating, and will give a cool, vintage look. We do know the heather purple can be bleached white - we have yet to test the other colours.

Tips for DTF customizing- Settings may vary depending on your equipment.
Tri-blends can be heat sensitive due to the rayon. So we suggest using a lower temp for DTF - 280F for 15 seconds with heavy pressure.

1. Lint roll
2. Pre-press for 3 seconds to remove moisture
3. Layout shirt flat on press, place your transfer & cover entire surface with paper (so fabric doesn't touch press at all) 
4. Press with heavy pressure for DTF press at  275F for 15 seconds
5. We only use hot peel film, so let your film cool for 3-4 seconds and peel
6. Repress (covered) for another 3 seconds

Care for Tri-blends 
Wash your tri-blend inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle and for best results lay flat to dry. You can use a dryer but your tee will shrink up a bit, if you are ok with that you can tumble dry on low heat.
