You can literally feel the quality on these crews, they are amazing, soft, fleecy and stretchy allowing for lots of fabric movement. The 100% premium ring spun cotton boasts a 3-end knit face which helps achieve a smooth and stable surface for printing.
The post production pigment dying gives fabric a worn vintage look without effecting fabric quality. You can see the dye varies on each crew, giving it a washed out vintage look like a well-loved-favourite.
What type of customization can we use these for?
These are part of our cotton collection, you can use DTF, HTV and screen printing for these.
Tips for pressing- Settings may vary depending on your equipment.
- Lint roll
- Quick pre-press (2 seconds)
- Layout placement of transfer & cover entire surface with parchment paper (so fabric doesn't touch press at all)
- Press according to your transfer type for heat & time
- To help avoid dye migration you should use a pressing pillow similar in size to your transfer size. This way you are only firmly pressing the area around your transfer, and not the entire face of your crew.
- If you do notice a colour difference after pressing, it will even out after washing when the loose pigments travel
Care Instructions: Due to the nature of pigment dye, loose pigments may remain on the surface of the fabric which can transfer to other surfaces. We strongly recommend washing these crews only with like-colored items, and to wash before wearing.
