Tips for Sublimation 

• Tumbler Press - 180c for 45 seconds (rotating for full wrap if needed) 
• Convection Oven - 180c for 4-5 minutes turning half way

Can you use these for more than sublimation?
Absolutely, you can personalize these any way you would typically personalize a cup! Vinyl, printable vinyl, UV DTF or epoxy are all great suggestions!
