• Dishwasher safe for 3,500+ cycles, Microwave safe, FDA compliant

Tips for sublimation - Settings may vary depending on your equipment.

• Mug press (temps will vary) 180C for 180, rotate 180, rotate 60 
• Convection oven for 8 minutes at 180C for 7 minutes turning half way

Can you use these for more than sublimation?
Absolutely, you can personalize these any way you would typically personalize a cup! Vinyl, uvdtf, printable vinyl or epoxy are all great suggestions!
