Return Policy

 Our goal here at D & K Computers is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a seven day return policy on items that are still in their original packaging and still in new condition. However, please note that a restocking fee may apply to some items.

If your product is past the seven day return policy and it is defective then the manufacturer’s warranty will apply. However, we can help you to take care of the warranty with the manufacturer.

We try to carry a wide variety of manufacturers and products, but we might not always have what you are looking for in stock. If we don’t have the part/item that you are looking for we can try to find it and place a special order for it.

Software can only be returned or exchanged if it is unopened. We cannot accept ANY software that has been opened.
